Using the website

By using this website and ordering goods from us, you agree & have read our terms & conditions.

Prices / Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages with Worldpay using Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur and you would like to cancel your order we will be happy to assist you in obtaining a refund, please email us at info@vacuumpartsdirect.co.uk

Orders

We aim to despatch all online orders within 24 - 48 hours providing the parts are instock. Please allow an additional delivery time for parts which are not in stock, we will contact you via email if this is the case. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

Delivery

UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail,Hermes or Yodel Home Delivery, we reserve the right to upgrade your order to parcelforce/Hermes/Yodel Home Delivery if we see necessary at no extra cost to you. Goods will be shipped when payment clears We have a cut off order time of 2pm to deliver within the estimated time scale. Many orders are delivered within 24-48hrs. Once your order has been placed you may contact us via telephone to re-direct a delivery providing that the goods have not already been dispatched, if they have been and we are able to re-direct them for you a re-direction fee will be made. For failed deliveries a re-delivery charge is payable if your order has been returned to us via post or carrier/courier as a result of failed delivery/non collection from your local Royal Mail Delivery Depot. Express Courier Upgrade Option for 24/48hr delivery on items in stock, is for all UK Mainland Postal Code areas with the exception of IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.

For Europe & International deliveries, we send via Postal Airmail / Parcelforce Worldwide and goods need to be signed for on receipt., all delivery times are an estimate. For failed deliveries a re-delivery charge is payable if your order has been returned to us via post or carrier/courier as a result of failed delivery or for non collection from your local delivery depot.

If you haven't received your items within 2 weeks of the date of despatch, they can be declared "lost in transit" and we will arrange a replacement order. For deliveries outside of the UK, we need to wait 4 weeks before a missing order can be declared "lost in transit".

Click & Collect

Collect from our Wokshop in Kidderminster. Just place your order online and we will then email within 24hrs when your items are ready for collection. Collection times are Mon 9-11am, Tues, 9-11am, Wed 3-5pm, Thurs 9-11am, Fri 9-11am, Sat 9-11am please ensure that you bring a copy of your order with you, please contact us if you wish to arrange a specific collection time.

Import Duty

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, for a refund, You must return the Product(s) to us, in the same conditions in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Incorrect Goods

If you have purchased an incorrect item from us and your order has not been despatched, please inform us immediately by email info@vacuumpartsdirect.co.uk quoting the order number so that we can change the order for you, if the goods have been despatched & you find that you have selected the wrong part/item for your model please inform us by email info@vacuumpartsdirect.co.uk,please return asap, you are responsible for return postal costs and returns are sent back to us at your risk. If we have sent you the wrong part to your order, then we are realy sorry, please inform us immediately either by telephone or email info@vacuumpartsdirect.co.uk so that we can arrange to despatch the correct part as soon as possible. We will of course re-imburse you for return postal costs.

Definition Of Incorrect Goods

"Please note that all spare parts are subject to design and specification changes by the manufacturer and so the part you receive may not be an exact replacement for your original."

Refunds

To speed up the returns process we advise that you email us for a Returns Number info@vacuumpartsdirect.co.uk and return the parts asap, on receipt back, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you that a refund has been authorised via e-mail. All refunds may take up to 30 days, orders will be credited back to the credit/debit card used for purchase or if payment for your order was made by cheque, you will receive a company cheque as way of refund.

Returns Address

Please remember to enclose your Returns Number & Invoice Number together with your Name & Address inside the package as this speeds up the returns process & post back to us at:
